Undies for Everyone
New Underwear Drive! Join us in supporting children in need through our partnership with Undies for Everyone! We are collecting new children’s underwear for kids in poverty or crisis from August 1 through August 24. Collection bins will be in the administrative lobby and outside of Freedman Levit. Tisha B'Av
Tisha B’Av will be observed with special services in the Chapel on Saturday evening, August 2 at 7:45pm, and Sunday at 2:00pm. Tisha B’Av is the 9th of Av and marks the destruction of both Temples in Jerusalem. It is known as the saddest day on the Jewish calendar and is traditionally observed with prayers and fasting. All are welcome to join the services.

We hope you will join us for Shabbat Renewal next Friday, August 8 when Noa Bar Or, Israeli choreographer and dance leader, will be honoring the life and legacy of her son Uri (z’l), a 21-year old Israeli soldier killed in Gaza. Uri was a gifted musician and artist, and had a profound impact on many lives. It will be a powerful and emotional evening, so please plan on coming to honor Uri’s life.
