Yizkor
Yizkor is soon approaching, a time when we honor the memory of our loved ones. Shavuot Yizkor Services will take place Saturday, May 27th.
Our Congregational Yizkor Book will be published to bring focus to the names of our dear family and loved ones. The Yizkor Book will be distributed at the synagogue on Yizkor. The entire Yizkor Book is also available electronically on our website.
To ensure that the names of your loved ones will be memorialized in our 5783 Yizkor Book Shavuot Addendum, the form below must be submitted by Tuesday, May 23, 2023. Names received after May 23, 2023 might not be printed in the Shavuot Addendum, but will be included in the online version of the book.
Also available below, is the form for the Reverent Tribute section of our Yizkor Book, which is dedicated to the members of Beth Yeshurun, of blessed memory, who served in the United States military to protect our freedom. This list is ongoing and once the name of your loved one is included, you do not need to complete this form again in the years to come. However, if your loved one is not yet included, please list the name(s) of your loved ones so that we may add them to the Reverent Tribute section.
Please complete these forms online by Tuesday, May 23, 2023. Should you have any questions, please contact Jennifer directly at 713-666-1881 x 315 or jsutton@bethyeshurun.org
We are deeply thankful for your support and hope that Beth Yeshurun’s Yizkor Book of Remembrance provides a source of comfort for you and our Congregation.
