Second B'nai Mitzvah
Shabbat, July 12 | 9:30 | Main Sanctuary Service Our tradition teaches that at age 70, we “begin again,” making 83 the new 13 (Psalms 90:10). We are celebrating the “Second B’nai Mitzvah” of our members born in 1942. All are invited to come to Shabbat morning services and stay afterward for a lovely kiddush lunch celebrating this special Shabbat.

Torah Study - 929 Group
929 Torah Completion Celebration - Monday, July 21 Our 929 email group members—who have been learning a chapter of Scripture daily since Simchat Torah—will celebrate a special milestone on Monday, July 21, as we complete the Torah!
There will be a special celebration at that evening's minyan, 7:30 P.M., followed by dessert reception.
The 929 group welcomes new members as we begin Nevi'im (Prophets), an especially good time to join. Contact Rabbi Danny Horwitz at rabbidanny@aol.com with questions, or Mara Segal at mara.segal@bethyeshurun.org to sign up for daily emails with text, questions, and reflections.
