2025 B'nai Mitzvah Date Request

This form is open Monday, October 20 - Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Families will receive an email on December 18, 2025 with their assigned Bar/Bat Mitzvah date.
They must complete the online form to accept or decline by January 9, 2026.

Student's Information

When you select your child's Year of Birth two more fields will appear - Month and Day. If they do not, please select a different year and then reselect the correct one. If that does not work refresh your page. Potential available dates will not appear and you submission will not be valid. It is critical that this step is not missed.

Service/Partner Selection

All requests for Mincha services must be pre-approved by Rabbi Brian Strauss and Cantor Rachel Goldman.

If your child is in need of a partner but does not have one, the Committee will make every effort to assign a suitable partner for your child. Please note that the only guaranteed requests for partners are for siblings and first cousins. All other requests must be mutual and are not guaranteed.

When selecting a partner, please keep in mind that both families will need to agree on the details of the kiddush luncheon.

Important Information: Potential Dates

Based on the student's birthday, when entered a range of potential dates will appear below. Please note that some dates may not be eligible, even though they are shown, depending on when in the month your student was born. Review the available options carefully before making your selection.

Keep in mind that a Bar/Bat Mitzvah student is eligible to secure a date up to, but no more than, eight (8) weeks prior to their 13th birthday. If you select a date before that time, it will be disqualified. We highly encourage you to select four dates to ensure the best chances of availability.
