Important Deadlines Approaching
Deadline: Thursday, September 12, 2024 Yizkor services are approaching: Yom Kippur Yizkor on Saturday, October 12, and Shemini Atzeret Yizkor on Thursday, October 24. Our Congregational Yizkor Book will feature names of loved ones and be available at the synagogue, by mail, or online. To include names in the 5785 Yizkor Book, submit the form online by Thursday, September 12. Late submissions will be included online and in future addenda. Make an Impact, 5785/2024 High Holy Day Appeal Beth Yeshurun is more than a synagogue; it’s a community that supports one another through life's journey. Child Care During the High Holy Days Beth Yeshurun offers child care for ages six months to eight years during the High Holy Days. Care will be available on October 2, 3, 11, and 12. Pre-register by September 26 for Rosh Hashanah and by October 8 for Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur. The cost is $10 per child, thanks to partial sponsorship from The Rabbis Circle. Advance registration is required.
Rabbi Strauss & Sisterhood want to connect with your college student! Your child will receive special holiday packages throughout the year from our Sisterhood! It is a great way for your student to stay connected with Beth Yeshurun while he/she is away at school! To be included in mailings, you must complete this 2024-2025 form.

Enhance your High Holy Days experience We invite you to participate in our High Holy Day services by signing up for aliyot (honors) and kibbudim (ritual roles). This is a meaningful way to contribute to services and be an integral part of our community.
