Tu b’Shvat is coming up so get back to nature with Beth Yeshurun Young Professionals! 

In honor of the Kabbalistic Tu b’Shvat Seder’s four glasses of wine, we’ll be offering a tasting of Israeli wines led by Ben Bailiff, the Texas Manager of local supplier, Royal Wine!  We’ll also have lots of tasty bites and non-alcoholic drinks to go around. 

Also, tradition says that if you plant parsley seeds on Tu b’Shvat, they’ll grow in time to use at your Passover seder!  After our kosher wine tasting, you can get your hands a little dirty planting parsley seeds to take home and grow for your seder. 

Come celebrate the New Year of the Trees with a kosher wine tasting in the style of the Tu b’Shvat seder and do a little planting, too!
