Mind Body Workshop

7:00 PM - 9:00 PMPresented by the Beth Yeshurun Sisterhood and led by Manizeh Mirza-Gruber, M.D. Through didactics and experiential learning we will explore mind-body skills for wellness, stress management, and healing. You will learn techniques for self-care and self-awareness including meditation, self-expression, and movement. You will be able to integrate these tools into your daily life and experience the benefits of being “Mindful in Practice™”.
Manizeh Mirza-Gruber, M.D. is a licensed, board-certified psychiatrist with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is also a Certified Facilitator in the practice of Mind-Body Medicine Skills with The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, and a Certified Yoga Instructor with the National Association of Certified Yoga Teachers (200 hour level). As an individual, parent, and psychiatrist, she follows a holistic approach to life. She believes in connecting mind, body, and spirit for healing. She is “Mindful in Practice™”.
