Seeing a neighbor, friend, family member, or even a stranger in need makes us take notice and want to help. As a community we provide support, arrange meal trains, and offer other assistance. Would you know what to do if someone confided in you that they were struggling with a mental health condition? Join a Pikuach Nefesh Mental Health training made specifically for the Houston Jewish community and learn how to recognize signs of distress and how to be a support for yourself and others.

We invite you to join one of 3 sessions being offered:

• Sunday, April 18th @ 7:00pm
• Wednesday, May 5th @ 7:00pm (session added!)
