Angst is a documentary designed to raise awareness around anxiety. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, educators, experts, parents along with a very special interview with Michael Phelps. The goal is to help people identify and understand the symptoms of anxiety and encourage them to reach out for help. The film and corresponding materials provide tools, resources and, above all, hope.  The suggested viewing age is 10+

Beth Yeshurun and Kehillah High are working in partnership to bring Angst to the congregation and our teens. Kehillah High is hosting a watch party and discussion group on Wednesday, April 22. If your teens (8th grade and up) are not enrolled in Kehillah High but would like to join this special teen event, please contact Danielle Alexander for details and login information.

We have partnered with IndieFlix to bring you three documentaries that raise awareness around issues affecting our children, parents, schools, and families. Each of these movies is appropriate to be watched by families and each includes an at home discussion guide to help families further explore these topics together. While each movie has serious elements, the underlying message in each is positive: with tools and open dialogue we can navigate all of these challenges.
