Randi Sonenshein is the Senior Regional Director for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) in Texas and Oklahoma, leading efforts to combat antisemitism and strengthen communities across the Southwest.
 
Personal Background: Randi’s story is grounded in family, tradition, and community values. Descended from Holocaust survivors, she was raised with a strong work ethic, commitment to service, and appreciation for American freedoms. In Houston for 18 years, she has focused on supporting local organizations and promoting civic responsibility and the common good.
 
Professional Background: Randi joined ADL after a successful executive career in retail and e-commerce, including leadership roles at Blinds.com, Stage Stores, francesca’s and the Gap. She has expertise in strategy, team building, and partnerships from both corporate and nonprofit sectors.
 
Education: 
Randi holds a degree from Stanford University and a Finance and Accounting certificate from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management. Under her leadership, ADL Southwest continues its vital work to fight antisemitism, disrupt extremism and promote respect for all.
