Founded in 1983, in Houston, Texas, the Emergency Aid Coalition is an interfaith organization that collaborates to provide temporary assistance in the form of food, clothing, and other basic needs, with an emphasis on serving the working poor.  Each year we help more than 50,000 individuals living on the edge of poverty. 

Get some volunteer hours in this month helping to make sack lunches, as well as categorizing and restocking donated foods.

• Open to Middle and High School Students who are accompanied by a parent.
• As we will be preparing food, you will need a head covering - you can bring your own hat or wear a hairnet they provide.
• Please bring your own mask.
