1:00 PM - 3:00 PMJoin Rabbi Strauss and a team of volunteer as we collect donation for Camp Impact and SEARCH.
Camp Impact is a free day camp provided to underprivileged and homeless children of Arlington and Grand Prairie. Many of our teenagers, including my own children, have volunteered at this camp. Our own member, Cynthia Fratina, was one of the founders of this extraordinary camp. Unfortunately, they have had to suspend their 2020 session. To still make a difference they are collecting the items below to help hundreds of families. Families in immediate need with many of the local food pantries their campers rely on experiencing major shortages. Click here for more information about Camp Impact.
SEARCH pursues a mission of providing hope, creating opportunity, and transforming lives of men, women, and children who are trying to break free from the cycle of poverty and homelessness. They bring this mission to life every day by helping their clients obtain permanent housing, increase their income, improve their health, develop their children, and ultimately achieve independence.
