This Month's Menu:
Starter: A Crisp Apple, Tart Cranberry, and Nutty Brussels Sprout Salad.
Sides: Glazed Parsley Carrots and Whole Roasted Cauliflower drizzled with rich Pomegranate Molasses.
Main: Salmon en Croute with Spinach—a flaky, golden crust wrapped around salmon and spinach.
Dessert: Apple-Honey Baklava and Honey-Almond Lace Cookies.
What To Expect:
Join us for a fun and interactive cooking experience with Chef Damen and baker Celeste! Start your evening with a themed cocktail and light bite during our happy hour starting at 5:30 PM. The cooking class will kick off at 6:00 PM and run until about 8:00 PM. Afterward, from 8:00 to 8:30 PM, we’ll enjoy what we’ve made and schmooze.
In the class, you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a hands-on environment. Classes typically last 2 hours, unless otherwise noted. Hands-on classes are limited to 20 students, depending on the menu.
You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please let our staff know before attending the class. Please note, adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
