Mazel tov to our Bat Mitzvah, Lexi Cohen, daughter of Lindsay & Adam Cohen, sister of Evan, granddaughter of Cindy & Barry Weinstein and Ruth & the late beloved Michel Cohen, great-granddaughter of Elaine & the late beloved Arnold Cohen, Bobbie & Stanley Weinstein, the late beloved Claire & Salek Beim and the late beloved Simone & Charles Cohen. Lexi is in seventh grade at The Emery Weiner School where she loves participating in cheer and competing in volleyball, basketball, softball and track. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, crafting and creating. For her Mitzvah Project, Lexi is volunteering at Undies for Everyone and she will also be participating in the Rabbi’s Ten Percent Plan by donating to Neve Michael, a home in Israel for battered and emotionally abused children.

Mazel tov to our Bat Mitzvah, Devon Dobbs, daughter of Nicole & Jeff Dobbs, sister of Dylan, granddaughter of Susan & Sandy Baum and Myra & Stuart Dobbs. Devon is in seventh grade at The Emery Weiner School, where she loves competing in volleyball, basketball, softball and tennis. Outside of school, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, baking, traveling and spending her summers at Birch Trail. For her Mitzvah Project, Devon is volunteering at Undies for Everyone and she will also be participating in the Rabbi’s Ten Percent Plan by donating to SPCA Houston.
