More about our June guest,  Nataly Marks, President Triple-S Steel Holdings:

Nataly Marks is the President of Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc., a metals service center serving a diverse set of industrial and construction customers. Triple-S Steel is currently the 13th largest service center in the country and the 8th largest company in Houston with over $2.0 billion of Revenue and 50 locations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Colombia. Nataly is responsible for overseeing Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams. Her current focus area is developing and driving the execution of strategic initiatives centered on growth via organic opportunities and acquisitions.  Nataly oversees over 2,000 employees and a core tenet of her leadership strategy is ensuring that the company attracts and retains strong talent and builds high-performing teams. She is also leading the implementation of best-in-class systems and processes that can scale with the continued growth of the business.

Nataly Marks has 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to her current role, she was the Head of Middle Market Banking for Houston and Central Texas and also lead the National Beverage Banking Practice. Previously, Nataly was a Managing Director in JPMorgan’s Corporate Client Banking Group covering Diversified public companies in the South Region. Nataly started her career in the JPMorgan Regional Investment Banking Group, focusing on transactions involving, Equity and M&A Advisory.

Nataly is currently on the Board of the United Way of Greater Houston. Previous Board positions include, the Board and Executive Committee of the Greater Houston Partnership, Vita-Living Inc., a not-for-profit organization serving severely disabled adults and Harris County Education Foundation. Nataly also served as an Advisory Board Member nominated by Mayor Turner for the city’s Harvey Relief Fund. In 2020, Nataly was recognized as a 40 under 40 Honoree by the Houston Business Journal.

Nataly graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance.

Nataly and her husband Drew reside in Houston with their three children: Olivia (12), Connor (10), and Benjamin (5) and recently added a new rescue dog named Austin to their household.
