Mazel tov to our Bat Mitzvah, Rachel Madalyn Caplovitz, daughter of Allison & Bryan Caplovitz, sister of Matthew & Benjamin, granddaughter of Iris & Nathan Caplovitz and Linda Gilman. Rachel is starting 7th grade at Austin Jewish Academy where she loves learning science. When not at school, you can find her hanging out with her friends, doing Tik Tok dances, or participating in gymnastics. For her Mitzvah project she volunteered at the homeless encampment, Esperanza Community and is continuing to collect needed supplies for their “store.”

Mazel tov to our Bat Mitzvah, Sadie Elizabeth Mellon, daughter of Cathryn and Stephen Mellon, sister of Sophia and Sam Mellon, and Granddaughter of Nathan and Iris Caplovitz and Judy Mellon. Sadie will be attending 8th grade at Pin Oak Middle School. Outside of school, she is an accomplished pianist and artist. She enjoys spending time with friends, attending Greene Family Camp every summer, dancing, and crocheting. Sadie will be completing her Mitzvah Project by making blankets to donate to the homeless shelter this winter.
