Mazel tov to our Bat Mitzvah, Ariana Staller, daughter of Amira and Brad Staller, sister of Tova and Jack, granddaughter of Dora Lee and Israel Grinberg, Arlene and Joe Staller and the late Deborah Adler-Grinberg. She is currently in 7th grade at the St. John’s School where she participates in volleyball and softball. Outside of school, she loves reading, doing art projects and spending time with her friends and family. For her Mitzvah Project, Ari will be making Shabbat Boxes for the Velva G. & H. Fred Levine Jewish Chaplaincy Program of Alexander JFS. Shabbat Boxes are decorated and filled with Shabbat necessities and then delivered to Jewish patients at local hospitals on Friday afternoons.  It is a program that brings Shabbat joy to Jewish patients of all kinds, and it truly appreciated by the recipients. She will also be participating in the Rabbi’s Ten Percent plan for charitable giving. Ari is so excited to be sharing her Bat Mitzvah with her cousin, Penelope Staller.

She is completing 7th grade at Pin Oak Middle school where she is participating in National Junior Honor Society. Outside of school, Penny plays tennis on the Pin Oak tennis team and loves spending time with her friends and family. For her Mitzvah Project, Penny will be making Shabbat Boxes for the Velva G. & H.
